Our service
We advise on the structure, prepare your application documents, file them with ADGM's Registration Authority and respond to its queries until your licence is issued or refused. Where you order them, we also handle visa processing, tax registrations and bank-account introductions.
We are an independent company-formation service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of ADGM or its Registration Authority. We do not provide legal, tax or regulated financial advice, and we cannot apply for FSRA financial services permissions.
What the flat fee includes
Our formation fee covers structure advice, document drafting, filing and follow-up with the Registration Authority, and setting up your compliance calendar. Government fees, service-provider fees, office costs and optional add-ons are charged separately, at cost, as listed on your written quote.
Payment
Government and third-party fees are payable before we file, because we pay them on your behalf. Our fee is payable [when?]. All amounts are in UAE dirhams unless stated.
If an application is rejected
