Can I set up an ADGM company without visiting Abu Dhabi?
Yes, for the company itself. Documents are signed and filed online. Residence visas need a short visit for the medical test and Emirates ID biometrics.
Why is your fee lower than other agents?
Most of the work is careful document preparation, which our team does from a checklist. We do not mark up government fees, so we earn one flat fee and nothing hidden.
What is not included in the AED 4,999?
Government and partner fees (shown in the calculator), visa processing, and optional add-ons such as tax registration and bank-account support. Everything is listed on your written quote.
Which structure should I choose?
A tech start-up licence suits young technology companies. An operating company suits most service businesses and regional offices. An SPV suits holding shares, property or IP. We confirm the right one on the first call.
Does an ADGM company pay corporate tax?
Every ADGM company registers for UAE corporate tax. The standard rate is 9% on taxable income above AED 375,000, and some free-zone income can qualify for 0%. We handle the registration; your tax adviser confirms your position.
Can you open a bank account for me?
We prepare your application pack and introduce you to banks that work with ADGM companies. Approval and timing are the bank's decision.
Do you handle financial services licences?
No. Regulated financial activities need separate authorisation from the FSRA. We can refer you to specialist advisers.
How do renewals work?
Each year your company renews its licence and files an annual return and accounts. Our compliance package covers this for AED 2,499 a year, plus ADGM's renewal fee at cost.
