Why do quotes from different agents vary so much?

Many quotes combine government fees, agent fees and referral commissions into one figure. When those are separated, the government part is the same for everyone; the difference is the agent's fee.

What will I pay in year 2?

ADGM's renewal fee, your office or service-provider fee, and an annual compliance package for renewal filing, the annual return and accounts. The calculator shows this as a separate line.

Are visas renewed every year?

No. UAE residence visas are issued for a fixed term of more than one year, so visa costs do not appear in the year 2 estimate.

An ADGM company's first-year cost has three parts. ADGM's registration and licence fee depends on the structure. Office or service-provider fees and residence visas depend on what you need. Then there is the formation agent's fee. We charge one flat fee and pass every government cost through at cost, so the calculator below shows your exact total.

The three parts of every quote

1. ADGM's own fees. Registration and licence fees are set by ADGM and differ by structure. They are paid to ADGM at cost.

2. What your structure needs. An operating company needs a flexi-desk or office. An SPV needs a licensed service provider as registered agent. Each residence visa has government costs, plus a one-time establishment card and immigration file when you sponsor your first visa.

3. The agent's fee. This is the only part that varies between agents. Ours is one flat fee, the same for every structure.

Costs people miss

Year 2. Renewal fees and annual filings arrive every year. We show them before you start.
Exchange rate. ADGM charges in US dollars. We convert at the UAE dirham's fixed peg, so the figure does not move.
Tax registrations. Corporate tax registration is required for every company; VAT registration only above the threshold.
